Birds With Attitude

hopping around and defend

the backyard rulers

busy road, fast cars

crown crane is keeping vigil

a companion lost

clouds like pink cotton

as autumn sun sets in town

starlings start to dance

winter rain recedes

bare branches against grey sky

drops reflect the sun

football stadium

people gather for the game

birds looking for food
